From start of FP to WNW. Along Serpent Way and then up through woods to top of MTB area. The leaning Trig took me a little while to locate. Probably would have been easier from parking to WSW or SW.PeterD05/02/2023

A pleasant circuit from Liphook station: Hollycombe Hanger, Telegraph Hill, Dunner Hill, Combe Hill, Weavers Down. Rain and sunshine on a lovely day out.Buck22/09/2022
Parked at MTB centre (796 260). Took cycle track along crest of ridge, from where trig is easily spotted S of easy fence.PGCE29/01/2022

Parked in carpark to west. Bit awkward through undergrowth and woodland to find, but the trig is there as mapped, albeit leaning badly and appears to be at the summit. No views but a short pleasant walk through autumnal colours.Denise 05/11/2020
A messy approach from the SW. Initially over bracken and partially cut gorse, then through yard/MTB center, past reservoir and finally through the strangest of pine forest to hunt down the leaning trig pillar on the large levelish wooded summit. Nice weather though.RichardM05/11/2020

Parked at SU 792261, in preference to the E end of the ride which looked messed up by ATB trails. The walk up the ride was pleasant. I looked at bike trails and recently felled areas- neither any good, and instead went up the mature plantation which had little ground cover. Fence at top was full of holes and delapidated. Surprise view through cleared woodland, to N. Sunny and dry underfoot.pwheeler10/04/2019

Liss to Liphook. Looped off the Serpent way via the mapped rides, steep but not too slippery in dry conditions. Pheasant fencing along top has gaps & directly N of leaning trig a fairly simple & well used step over. Plantation needs a bit of application to negotiate the trees & gorse bushes, but not too bad.Smudge11/03/2017

Roadside parking from W. Up the bike trails - last bikers leaving as I arrived. Over deer fence at top into scrubby conifer and gorse woodland. A badly leaning trig pillar marks the HP. GPS needed to find it as no viz.jonglew19/01/2016
