Good verge parking at TQ 6342 3839. Some sort of a track leads to a small pond (passed on its W side), then followed a hollow way to TQ 6357 3790 from where I took the boundary of an arable field, after which it was across 2 arable fields and some stock fencing. Into woodland via a field gate for the HP, assessed to be very close to the 131m OS spot height. | jonglew | 08/11/2018 |
Tricky approach with no ROW. A long but lovely kilometre from the lane to N - useful track through Dundale Wood to gain grassy sheep fields leading to top. Nobody about. A nice walk but no official access. Dundale Farm has an ice rink in its barn for Curling in Kent - imaginative farm diversification. | Chris Pearson | 18/05/2015 |
