After Asparagus Island, scrambled round its SE end then round to narrow channel (not tidal) a fairly easy jump (<1m) at low spring tide, would be hard if higher. Then devious route keeping to easiest ground mostly easy scrambling until last 5m pitch exposed, about Mod grade. Herring gulls aggressive even in July, would be better in Aug/Sept. GPS 69m at summit, level with summit sighted from clifftop above Lion Rock reading is 57m hence likely 50m or a little higher. | RHW | 07/07/2016 |
