7/7 on a cycle round the north of the Island from Arinagour. Left bikes at the wire fence then quick nip up to Clachard, then along to visit burial Ground on beach, admire daffodil field, then quick nip up A Chroic from road, then on to end of road, for epic walk along from Sorisdale over Meall na h-lolaire, Meall nan Uan and Carnan Mora, and back to bikes - not as bad as expected but quite draining. Then found reserves of energy to pick off Beart an Fhir from small field just near the 'dual carriageway' on the road, pleasant climb through the rocks, and then from the bridge by beach up to Creag nan Clamhan (I found the nasty gully, very scratchy - avoid as advised). A day of variety, and great views, but some rough walking. Needed the local gin!nickywood122/04/2022
Parked at the end of a track just east of a bridge, then walked a short distance east and followed a track into and around the edge of a field and through a gate. Would have been better to keep left on the way up and keep to higher ground, but went right and ended up in a horrible little gully. Good summit, and found a better way back.LizH22/08/2019
An interesting craggy top. Not sure we found the best way up or down! With B and R.jenx06/06/2019

Quick nip up 4 hills before the ferry departed. From roadside verge parking (NM 2334 6280).jonglew03/09/2018
Walked from ferry terminal by B8071 and B8072 to road end for Cloiche Farm. Past farm and on faint tracks along south-west side of ridge, right at BWF down to and through gate, then up left on to ridge to approach summit from south. Quite boggy on top. Early sun, but clouding over with some drizzle. Down a similar way to Cloiche Farm and to B8072, making for Beart an Fhir.mainnirnamfiadh29/06/2016
