direct line from Lord's Lot. Nobody about to ask permissiontrimarc206/09/2023
Followed footpath from the south, where there is parking opposite the start. Light rain all the way, but good visibility.JohnW18/07/2023
Due to my dislike of driving on narrow country lanes, parked in St.Catherine's Church car park.Walked along Back Lane to start of path by Brow Head, then easily up to High House and adjacent top.catman24/05/2023
Good parking for two or three cars at the start of the bridle path to the SW. Well waymarked, so easy to follow, path right up to the summit field. Short cross field hop to the easily defined summit. No obstructions at all on the route.moorsman22/09/2022
After Lord's Lot. Nice undulating summit ridge.Alan Caine03/06/2022
From Brown Horse in Winster Valley, Cat Crag then down to rhs of house with its own Lake!!, to minor road, along the BOAT, turn up into field when it levels via barbed wire duck under, then Undermill Beck Common, Easy down and across to Capple Barrow from this side, no need to get into conflict with the Golf course, then back via Gilpin Farm to pick up footpaths and bridleways up to Hart Howe, direct across with open gates onto Lords Lot. Then directly down into the Gilpin Valley, to pick up the footpath from Foxhole Bank (house) to reach Scott Howe, then back over directly west to pick up bridleway almost back to the pub. A nice route with do'able off piste bits!nickywood123/03/2019
Parking at SD 4354 9310. Took RoW heading N, and keeping W and N of Birk Moss. Headed off to Lord's Lot to mak a short circular walk.jonglew25/10/2018

Up the RoW from Bulman Strands. Went to wrong side of High Ho on site, appears higher, backtracked between farm up to marked summit of Hart Howe. Didn't have Abney so can't comment further. Dropped directly SSE to wet but frozen ground then steeps to summit ridge, small wall climb to summit area of Lords Lot, three possibles, grassy are nearest wall most likely. Direct SW line with one wall gap to reach road and start point.nordicstar11/12/2017
Walked in by footpaths from Crook, and out via bridleway towards Bulman Strands.Moorponder04/04/2017

A tranquil cross country walk with Lesley from Bowness (having just arrived at brother's for a week) in afternoon humid warmth which unleashed a summer downpour as we descended from this summit. Sheltered under a tree then phoned for lift from nephew -giving up on a longer walk /more tops in rain.Chris Pearson12/06/2016

From ssw, intricate path well marked. Pasture summit behind farm, lovely spot. Then on to Lords LotRHW05/09/2015
Couldn't find anywhere to park in Milldam at start of f/p from N, so went from W, parking at SD 4342 9384. Gate about 30m N leads onto hillside and up this to join f/p near farm. Summit not far away.Aye Jimmy04/03/2015
