From Crow Beach House, walked ENE along beach to 4792 3339 and then N direct to HP with a very easy dyke crossing. No mud or tides to worry about. Not sure how muddy this would get in winter. Toll road is £2.50 (coins at barrier). Horsey Island itself is currently on the market at £495,000. | Matt | 09/07/2022 |

Along toll road. Then along coastal levee. An adder on path basking in sun. | Campbell Singer | 29/03/2019 |
From N, Velator P. Path closed since Dec 2016 pending repair of dyke hence some muddy paddling needed. HP now quite well defined as the only non muddy area, rough pasture c2ft higher than any other natural ground; second fox of the day | RHW | 19/05/2018 |
Parked near Velator Quay then walked down to use the ford onto the island at low tide. Then walked around the embankment and the embankment beside the toll road. | Dugswell2 | 27/10/2016 |
From car park at Velator Quay. Did a circular walk on the raised embankment around the island partially on the SW Coast Path. Diverted onto the island - rough pasture and some dilapidated stone blds - to look for a HP, a forlorn task. There are many lumps and bumps, anyone of which could the point. Found a 5m point at SS 48003 33795 which may or may not be the HP, but it really could be anywhere. | jonglew | 04/09/2016 |
Accompanied Alan H, SIB Ship Captain on an investigation of this prospective 'island's' SIB status. George M waited in the car. | Alex C | 09/07/2016 |
