Parking in forest gateway SH315387 (not visible until on it, nasty if you are being tailgated, it’s about 30m W of the white house). Easy tx and FPsIsbjorn31/01/2024
from Forest entrance to the S via track and FP to top. Near summit, multiplicity of paths led me into slow heather, but used best path on descent.IanHHill31/08/2023
Early morning walk with Jill. Parked outside the forest gates to the south of the hill. Public footpath to summit. Concrete plinth has a trig bolt. Back same way.Dangerous Dave16/07/2023
Second ascent. Room for four cars at end of ROW on B4354.PeteF17/06/2023
From the car park by the old chapel 309404. Up the lane then followed ROW to top, path all the way a bit overgrown near the start. Off summit using path that trends SE, then forest track around to meet outgoing path. 3 mile circuit.JulieB10/06/2023
Parking for a couple of vehicles at forestry gate, up a couple zig zags, frosty scrubby bit then rocky, pretty easyTribal2er06/06/2023
My first Marilyn for ages. With my brother Stephen and his grandchildren Caio and Maia. Ancient hut circle remains and views stunning. A sunny day.briandavies07/04/2023
Parked by entrance to the forestry. Nice zig zag path up to the stone settlement. Made the mistake of going through them to scramble over false summit with further scrambling to the summit after. Great views from the top and spotted easier route back that circled the settlement. When you reach the settlement would recommend that you take the left hand fork in the road as such to circle around avoiding the unnecessary scrambling… unless you fancy the adventure which was fun.Hippy7714/02/2023
From near Cae'r-Bwlch by paths through dying bracken in half light. Interesting views from top of lights of the peninsula. 5/5 today when Snowdon tops were experiencing storm force conditions.lordtonult07/11/2022
from CP near chapel paths all way some going through young pine trees no fort at top no bit muggy no views 60 mins up and downunderhill20/10/2022
Walked up from Nefyn.A footpath track and then a narrow path near the top. Fantastic views.Claireb 31/08/2022
From start of forest track to SSE. Followed zig zag path which became less distinct near top. Quick up and down. Good views from top.PeterD14/08/2022
Up and back from S. Paths near the summit are very faint and overgrown!twg2725/06/2022
With old school mates when the higher peaks where in cloud; Del, Syd, Pauline, Gina, Peach & Norman. Great views from the summit. We could see Ty Cock where we had lunchclimbingkershaw11/05/2022
A lovely little hill. From the S on the B4354 where a very well graded path leads to the top with little efort. As usual in the LLyn there are excellent views from the summit and a very well preserved Iron Age fort.climbingkershaw29/09/2021
Parked at NT car park in Morfa Nefyn. Along coast path then up hill from the north.Slash321/08/2021
Forestry track from south - room for 2-3 cars at start - seems popular with local dog walkers. Clear track all the way, great views from top. Up and down in under an hour.Crib Goch29/07/2021
A bit boring. Vehicle Track most of the way. Parked by the footpath start. The last part is overgrown and there's some scrambling over stones. There's a few ways up, we went through lots of heather. Nice views at the top. A woodland trail through would be more interesting though.Skarletk20/07/2021
Car park available by disused chapel in Nefyn. Followed lane track SE past farm and through field of cows onto hill. PRoW shown on map starts off obvious but disappears somewhat as it reaches the steepening just below the summit. The PRoW shown heading SW from the summit isn't really there on the ground until you enter the trees again, which made running difficult.Wheelsy27/06/2021
Pleasant walk from Nefyn, although lost main path coming down.summitter22/06/2021
from Nefyn, parking by disused chapelIWC13/06/2021
From forestry track to south up the zigzag track then path. A little overgrown at top, but easy enough to get through heather to summit. 3/7 MarilynN.Morters17/07/2020
From forestry track to south. What a magical place.lenman05/09/2019
From car park on B4354, fine and warm. Splendid views.steve_a27/08/2019
From south, easy sloped zigzag track then path through crags and thick vegetation up to old fort. Views to most other Llyn summits but most Snowdonia summits in cloud.Topographer5705/08/2019
Approach from CP to S, off the B4354, using forest track then path - some high bracken to brush through at times, but path still clearly seen. Good summit views.ger14/07/2019
From the Tilhill road end off the B4354. Zig zag to top with some overgrown vegetation including bracken. PNormanW09/07/2019
Garn Boduan from B4354. 6/6, my final Marilyn for the day, finishing off a splendid day on Bardsey Island and up the Llyn Peninsular. (S)silveracorn_alan07/05/2019

Bus to Nefyn, FPs to top. Great views. Down south side. Walked lanes to Carn Fadryn and then on South to catch bus back to Pwllhelitrimarc208/10/2018
Misty, so no views today! Ample parking to south at start of forestry track.huwthomas04/04/2018
A nice walk from the forestry track to the south, and a good path all the way. Fine views, and a nice open summit area. Quite pleased that the morning snow had thawed off this hill, giving a nice easy stroll, a bit of a relief after an earlier, very snowy ascent of Gryn Ddu.Gill08/03/2018
Up and down from Nefyndavidpettit8401/01/2018
On Public Footpath from end of track to SW.rhalstead24/12/2017
Family walk. From the Nefyn car park. Tracks and paths through felled woodland to the Iron Age hill fort on the summit where we had lunch. Returned by same route and then on to the Ty Coch Inn at Porthdinllaen.Herbert Anchovy25/10/2017
My last Welsh Marilyn. climbed with a group of friends I used to be in college with some 40 years ago. The biggest challenge was squeezing all the cars into the parking spot at the bottom to the south. Good path all the way up. Celebrated with some Bucks Fizz and so carried away forgot to take the flag out for the pictures. When we went down we went into Nefyn for a look around the Nautical Museum and saw a film that included a bit about the hill fort on Boduan.Father Ted08/10/2017
With K. Hill fort very interesting. No access problems from S, where parking is easy. Other walkers on hill reported blocked paths to N.Ashley27/07/2017
Forestry path from B4354Rob5028/04/2017
With Trefor. Started SSE where forestry track/public footpath leaves B4354. Good path to summit. Done at the end of the day after Mynydd Anelog, Bardsea Island and Mynydd Rhiw.mike.hoult06/04/2017

#617 From the South near Gorphwysfa, an awkward drop off in the middle of the road-works!tim74717/11/2016
From car park at side of dilapidated Baptist Chapel in Nefyn. Forestry works closed track to summit, but they had all knocked off work by time we got there Friday evening; in fact looked like they had knocked off several months previous! Fine rocky summit with a platform bolt trig.jonglew19/08/2016
Forestry track from parking area near gate at SH 3157 3875 on the B4354. Pleasant walk up graded forestry track then cleared footpath through bracken to summit.G4OBK (Phil)19/08/2016

Solo evening walk up from Nefyn, as a prelude to two days of Wales Coast Path walking. This is a wonderful hillfort, the round houses are beautifully preserved and the stones ramparts (outer and inner) are very imposing. Great views of neighbouring Carn Fadrun and Yr Eifl. I was here about two hours, during which the gloom cleared and the sun came out.thesweetcheat07/05/2016
Walked up the forestry track. Amazing view from the summit, if a little windy. With stig_nestLaura.W09/03/2016
3rd Marilyn of a very windy day with Laura W. From b4354 by Gorphwysga house a steady forestry track leads up to an older path which becomes narrower near the top. We were waiting for a steep bit but one never came. Super views..wasnt even that clear and yet still a superb panorama. Yr Eifl in particular.stig_nest09/03/2016
