The road from Aughacasia at 646113 leads to Glanteenassig. From the upper car park at 599078 we headed along the boarding and then climbed steeply from 591074. Maybe better to head to the col! Once up there it is a steady climb to the summit. Cloud and drizzle were on offer for myself and Dangerous Dave. | bolton | 10/05/2023 |
From car park at Loch Cam. We should have headed up the rocky ridge between the lochs but wandered too far up the glen and had to climb a steep grassy rake to get up onto the south slopes of the hill. Poor views due to low cloud. With bolton. | Dangerous Dave | 10/05/2023 |
Mostly Paddy Dillon's route, so did this from Stradbally Mtn and then continued to Coum Baun before descending N to main road. | IanHHill | 13/04/2023 |
Climbed stradbally, Beenoskee and columbine starting and finishing at Glanteenassig forest park | Danny Devlin | 01/07/2022 |
With Stradbally Mountain, pleasant spot knowing most of the day's work is done. Fantastic views of the Stradbally long 10 mile beach from up here. | nickywood1 | 16/05/2012 |
