From road-end to East. Old track, then scrub to open ground.PGCE01/05/2016
Followed track from Q329011 but it appeared to wiggle around a lot. Abandoned it on the descent which was a mistake.jimbloomer20/09/2012
Parked at Q011330 where there is room for 3 or 4 cars.Follow the broad track almost to the summit, then follow the trail to the Summitkingstonian10/06/2011
From Ballincota, a not obvious start, but a good way up the E ridge; it looked like most people came up from the N- the track runnable for non-trail runners even. I went down the SW ridge, narrow but easy in places, sea on both sides. More than anywhere, it gave the impression of water all around and very much being on the far W edge of the British Isles. Returned to Ballincota on Dingle Way, full of archaeological interest. I then visited Dunmore Head. A wonderful day in the sunshine and the breeze left me wishing I was staying in The Dingle for longer.pwheeler20/05/2011
