fa, with wife, 10.6 miles, clear and breeze, parked by castle mtn, and took track to crockmulroney, picked way down rock ground and climbed to pt480, then swung round the edge of the poisoned glen via pt471, pt454 before climbing to crockfada south, then north crockfada top, descended to lough an tairbh mor and a long climb up to rock cap, lots of erratics to lots of small possible tops, descended to a col then over to pt575 and then the final hill bingers, returned to col contoured crockbrack, then down to road and back to car.rum doodle 10/10/2009
