| Car park above Glenmacnass waterfall - Old Military Road - Carrigshouk - Mullaghclauveen E - Mullaghclauveen - Stoney Top - Tonelagee - Tonelagee NE - return. Climbed solo. Good weather, sun and cloud. Some showers around but they missed me. A excellent round through some wild country. The middle section from Mullaghclauveen to Stoney Top had some very challenging terrain with few paths and several km of peat hags. Views extensive. Heart-shaped Lough Ouler below Tonelagee is beautiful. Time 5.5 hours. | jamessteel100 | 08/08/2017 |
| A nice big loop walk of 33.9kms in 8hrs 12mins. Started up Brockagh Mtn SE Top and continued along to Brockagh Mountain 557m taking the spot points (T106998 Brockagh Mtn North top 548m and O099004 Tonelagee SE Top 546m) Tonelagee NE Top 668m, Tonelagee 817m, Stoney Top 714m, (the spot point Barnacullian O074049 - 714m) Mullaghcleevaun 849m, Mullaghcleevaun East Top 795m, Carrigshouk 571m, Kanturk/Bown Mtn 523m and Scarr 641m. | simoburn | 10/02/2014 |
