Just off the boat and just must collect these two remaining Sperrins says I. So we got wet and windy and muddy and a bit misplaced by doing the classic of thinking we knew the way back, so had to yomp a bit of extra heather. fa, solo, clear and dry, 16.25 miles, from feeny roads then a lane and open hillside to mullaghash, owenbeg river and up to cushcapple through bog and deep heather to col, mullaghaneany summit cairn in the middle of a bog, meanard mtn via a fence, meenard west and bog + rough ground to a road. climbed up the next hilltop its summit - sawel, descended along a fence line then dart mountaintop the next mine hill road, followed this down to park village. | rum doodle | 27/09/1997 |
