From Kings YH. Up onto ridge via Pony Path, then west to Craig-las before returning east and along to Cyfrwy, Cadair Idris, Mynydd Moel and Gau Graig. Descent by NE ridge to road, then back to Kings via footpaths through farm/woodland. An excellent Nuttall day with fine views in all directions.richard6916/10/2022

Started at the pay and display car park for the Minffordd trail where toilet facilities are available, and used the Nuttall Route taking in the summits of Craig Cwm Amarch, Cyfrwy, Cadair Idris, Mynydd Moel and Gau Graig. Ten and half mile with 3400ft of ascent no time recorded as I was with a group we took around seven hours.WAYNE ROWLETT23/04/2022

Enjoyable circuit from Castell y Bere. Up over Mynydd Pencoed - a steep pull, over Craig Cwm Amarch, bypassed the summit, then Cyfrwy and Craig Las, then down the surpringly nice grassy track past Hafotty Gwastadfryn. Beautifully sunny winter day.Clive G02/01/2019

Minfordd - Llyn Cau - Craig Cwm Amarch - Cyfrwy - Cadair Idris - Mynydd Moel - Gau Graig - NE ridge to path at bottom - road pass (Bwlch Llyn Bach) - return to Minfordd via Cwm Rhwyddfor. Time 6 hours. Leading Robin, Sam, Katherina (preparing for MLT). Fine day. Good visibility throughout though increasing cloud mid afternoon and spot of rain. Parking in the usual car park on the lane to the North then along Pony Path diversion over the Saddle then along to summit, back down via the Fox's Path scree slope (not recommended if wearing flip flops! ) then back to start point.
