Solo. From the carpark a little south of Storey Arms. After ascending Corn Du, Pen y Fan, Cribyn and Craig Gwaun Taf used a path that swings in a big loop to the north. In contrast to the other overcrowded paths I had used earlier I only met one other person. At a gate in a fence I went along the fence and remains of old wall alongside it to the summit of Y Gyrn. This in on the west side of the fence/wall. Mostly good weather but some mist and a little rain.pwbellarby15/09/2018

From Storey Arms. Tedium. Some Nutalls are worthy...those that are also known as Hewitts. Those that are not Hewitts are by and large like this.. about as exciting as a deflated balloon.stig_nest07/07/2016
