From Glenridding ascend Birkhouse Moor via Mires Beck and Little Cove. On to Bleaberry Crag and Striding Edge to Helvellyn. On to Nethermost Pike and Dollywaggon Pike. Return to Helvellyn. Across Swirral Edge to Catsye Cam. Descend to Red Tarn Beck to Glenridding Beck. Up Swart Beck to Mine via Stang End and ascend Sheffield Pike.
