A fantastic day running Leg 2 of the Bob Graham with Brett and Mark. Cloudy throughout the day, with soft snow and some ice on the tops, visibility very poor, but not bad enough to need to take bearings. One missed top (Watson’s Dodd) so had to recip. Very tough section, out and back to Fairfield, wanted to give up! Jonesy ran out of water but decided not to mention this to us. 5hrs 41minutes for the leg, with a distance of 15.5 miles so not in the right ball park to take on the full challenge...yet. Cough head, great Dodd, Watson’s Dodd, stybarrow Dodd, raise, white side, helvellyn LM, Helvellyn, nethermost pike, dollywaggon pike, Fairfield, and seat sandal.Jim Baz17/11/2019

Marsden Racers Billy Bland challenge. Night leg.tsar.nathan07/09/2019
A very wet and very windy fell run in the clouds. Having parked just outside Dockray near Green How, took the path along the Aura Beck Valley to Dowthwaitehead. Then took a long steep climb upto Birkett Fell and Hart Side. properly in the weather now, no time for stopping, continued along the ridge to Green Side, and up onto Stybarrow Dodd, Watson's Dodd and Great Dodd. Although originally planned to continue over to Clough Head, due to the weather, decided to call it a day, and drop down over Randerside and Brute Moss. Under the clouds was a fairly pleasant and still day. Having joined the Old Coach Road I met a mass a sheep being heard into a next field just outside Lucy's Wood. Having skirted round the edge of these sheep. Then a short way down the road back to the car, wet and very muddy, I drove over to Ulswater for a wash. 2hrs: 14.5km; 611mByronHaywood04/09/2019
Did 10 summits (5 Wainwrights) starting from High Row, near Dockray, on Matterdale Common. Went along the Old Coach Road, up Mosedale Beck, over Clough Head, Calfhow Pike, Little Dodd, Great Dodd, Watson's Dodd, Stybarrow Dodd, White Stones - Green Side, Hart Side, Birkett Fell and Brown Hills, descending to Dowthwaitehead and along the Aira Valley. Took 7 hours, all in strong westerly wind - the middle part included some horizontal rain showers bookended by some beautiful sunshine.mavero1017/08/2019

Climbed from Glenridding via Sticks Pass. Beautiful walking along the ridge on springy turf with clear views of the Southern and Western Fells.peter4lc19/07/2018
From free car park at High Row; Old Coach Road to White Pike, Clough Head, Calfhow Pike, Little Dodd, Great Dodd, Watson’s Dodd, Stybarrow Dodd, Raise, White Side, Green Side, Hart Side and Birkett Fell. A few other walkers up here, an oddly euphoric feeling to this one given that it's just another dull grassy bump. Top notch views though.wheresthepath23/06/2018
Parked at Matterdale then along the green lane before the long walk up to White Pike then fairly straightforward for the rest of the walk, just very windy to - Clough Head - Calfhow Pike - Little Dodd - Great Dodd - Watson's Dodd - Stybarrow Dodd - Green Side - Hart Side - Birkett FellDelta6823/06/2018

I set out from High Row at 6am in gorgeous sunshine. The midges were out though! After a navigational cockup I climbed High Brow from the South, which was a great viewpoint. The summits were clear of the valley inversion that was gradually rising. It was easy enough getting to Great Dodd. I visited all the high points before heading to a misty Calfhow Pike and a foggy Clough Head marked by the trig point. From the summit I headed East down grassy slopes to the Old Coach Road and the car. I saw nobody else on the hill. I saw plenty of Skylarks and Meadow Pipits along with a pair of Magpies and a vocal Dipper. A Vole was seen near Clough Heads summit shooting into his hole. Time 2 hours 40 for 9 miles.isabelle30/05/2018
From Watsons it was straight up to Great dodd. With the wind and the heavy bags this was very hard work got to the summit and again the views were amazing! We decided not to go on to Clough head as it was 2 far in that wind with the bags so hid in the wind shelter to come up with a plan and decided to go back onto Stybarrow eat and start thinking about finding a spot to sleep. On the way down there was a fell running raceScotty 2 Hotty27/05/2018
