From Rough Crag we made the easy walk to Water Crag. then followed Devoke water around and back to the car. We popped for a bacon and egg butty at the shed before going home to chill in the garden with a few beers and then a Chinese at night. one of the best weekends this yearScotty 2 Hotty28/05/2023

Parked at head of hardknot pass followed birketts walk. ROUGH CRAG - WATER CRAG -THE KNOTT - WHITE PIKE - WOODEND HEIGHT - YOADCASTLE - SEAT HOW. Except I climbed white pike shoulder then did the knot and then picked up the route up to woodend Height. Very hot day which drained me of energy. beautiful walk but very little in the way of paths.
