With Sue from car park above Giants Grave to Tottlebank Heights via good tracks to summit. Then onto Blawith Knott again good tracks and dry underfoot passing one of smallest named tarn. Dried up though due to extended dry and sunny spell. Drop off top to start. Excellent views all around. Tide out.Frank09/06/2023

As I could see and certainly hear a large school party behind me I decided to descend southward to the ROW. Not recommended, unless you are lucky enough to find the right line through the bracken and hidden rocks.Martin R23/09/2021

1st lake district walk for a while. Parking on the road passed Burney and at the very start of the walk, myself Bec and Myla headed up the obvious ridge path. The going was steep but we had had months off due to Covid19 so I think this made it harder. Following the obvious ridge we quickly got to the double cairned top. wonderful little walk with amazing views to the sea on one side, black Combe range to the west and the Coniston fells to the North. Huge rewards for little effort. Myla was loving it, we wrote our name in the rocks and put them on the cairn and she couldn’t stop taking pictures on her phone. A handy tool we found out.Scotty 2 Hotty07/06/2020

A solo walk taking in every ring contour just incase, but primarily. Blawith Knott, Yew Bank, Fisher High, Beacon Fell,Wool Knott and Tottlebank High. A cool, overcast unhurried day with a late afternoon burst of watery sun on Tottlebank High. A fine circuit.Shutterlag05/11/2018
Short walk from the minor road to west. Only awkward bit the bracken on descent to Tottlebank Farm. A car was already parked at Giant's Grave, but there is room for several cars about 150 metres south (at the high point of the road).David Purchase03/10/2018

WOs 11,12,13,14 and 15. Another lovely sunny day. Walked from Birch Bank Farm campsite to Giant's Grave, then over Blawith Knott and Tottlebank Heights. Continued over Wool Knott, then horrendous fight through pathless bracken to Yew Bank and back to do Beacon Fell (gorgeous views) before descending to Beacon Tarn and back to the campsite - a great day out apart from the bracken (complete with ticks).BURGESS16/07/2017
