Parked at NN84674 38979 - verge just before gate. Walked up track which weaves round Creag an Duin and has been extended to NN83199 37680. We headed to Meall nam Fuaran, along the ridge to Meall nam Fuaran north top and then Garrow Hill. A new track near the summit gives an easy descent to the road and back to the car.BaggerGutt30/04/2023

Parked in a layby SE of Croftmill at NN86675 36719. Followed the track up the shoulder, and on up to the summit area. The cairn could be the highest point, but various peat haggs could be as high. Continued on towards Garrow Hill.LizH02/06/2021

Parked on verge E of Croftmill in Glen Quaich, followed tracks past Croftmill to summit plateau of Meall nam Fuaran (not clear exactly where that is, but the spot height on OS 1:25000 is probably very close), then S along line of crags, before dropping down steeply to the high point of Glen Lochan, crossed and up the slopes to summit of Beinn na Gainimh (crossing a double electric fence en route, for the first of 4 times), continuing along ridge line to Creag Grianain and then Meall Mor, descending N at first, then steeply down to dam at E end of Lochan a' Mhuilinn, crossing river near spillway, followed track back to Croftmillkdbennett25/04/2021

We followed the pheasant fanciers track up the east flank of Meall nam Fuaran from Croftmill. It peters-out a few hundred metres from the top but a mix of sheep, hare and deer routes help map a way through the heather and sphagnum. Then to the North Top across (thankfully dry) peat hags and on to Garrow Hill, where a new lazy-shooters track is joined. The same track provides a good return route to SE of Garrow farmhouse in Glen Quaich, meaning a trek back along the road - quiet and with plenty of bird distraction to pass the time - curlew, lapwing, dipper, swallow, swift, greylag, oystercatcher etc. Around 3.5 hrs in total.summitter25/05/2020

A 7.45 start to give me time to take tent down and drive over 400 miles home after I finished - and to beat the rain. A good track up from Garrow all the way to first summit bar a short section of less than 1km on good grass: Sron a Chaoineidh: back to on track to Meall nan Eanchain then easy going NE to Garrow Hill; then, as I had time, east to Meall nam Fuaran N top; Meall nam Fuaran; NW stright down to road near start point without problems.dickscroop04/06/2019
