Solo from camp at Strathan. Cycled to Glendessarry Lodge and walked up good track alongside Allt na Feithe then up SE ridge to Druim a' Chuirn top.Lovely traverse over A'Cioch and onto Sgurr Cos na Breachd -laoidh. Descent via SSE ridge to Glendessarry Lodge. | John Lee | 07/09/2023 |

Sgurr na Ciche, Garbh Chioch Mhor, Garbh Chioch Bheag, Sgurr nan Choireachan, An Eag, Sgurr Cos na Breachd-laoidh from Loch Arkaig. With Sue, Jack & Ellie. | Geoff Briggs | 18/10/2022 |
From A Chuil bothy, across to Upper lodge and then straight up starting just east of lodge where a path goes off. Surprisingly straightforward, not as steep as it looks, and I hit ridge just about 50 metres below summit. Then followed the ridge round to Druim a Chuirn and the 815m top. Took the long way back straight down the SE ridge to stalkers pat and the main Gglendessary track. | dickscroop | 11/09/2022 |
Up the Glendessarry path to just shy of its highest point, then the SE flank of Druim a' Chuirn to its top. A lovely curved ridge walk on to Sgurr Cos na Breachd-laoidh, taking in the superb vistas before a steep drop to the beallach with An Eag and a more forgiving gradient to its summit. Another steep clamber to Sgurr nan Coireachan and along to its South Top for a well deserved lunch of rhubarb pie. A good path runs south to the forest edge below, and a quick dip in the Allt Coire nan Uth brought much needed refreshment before the track trudge back to the day's start. 6 hrs. | summitter | 01/08/2021 |
Solo fr Strathan roadhead after drive fr Inverness, buy a sandwich and eat it by Loch Arkaig! Very warm but a sheet of white cloud high up, so tops clear but flat lighting. No wind, bad insects and a bit of sunburn! | NorfolkPT21 | 10/08/2020 |
Up and down from Strathan. Windy when on the ridge which made it interesting going up. Better with wind on back on descent | justin999 | 22/08/2019 |

With friend. After ascending Fraoch Bheinn and its N top descended NW ridge and then across to climb Druim a' Chuirn by its E face, finding a somewhat grassy, steep ascent with a small burn, just to S of direct summit line. We reached the summits of Druim a' Chuirn and Sgùrr Còs na Breachd-laoidh. Was warm low down, but a breeze on top made it seem a little cold. The weather looked a little uncertain with cloud and mist coming in. We decided it was worth continuing though to Sgùrr Mòr. | pwbellarby | 20/07/1996 |
