Parked at Tornapress bridge for a circuit of the 4 Beinn Bhan Simms. After East Top. Onwards to A' Phoit, via col just crossed. 2/4PGCE25/05/2023
From the east top. The way up from the east nick was grass. I then went down to the west nick. This was awkward. Probably best, at the steep bit, to drop down to the right and then cut back along a narrow ledge to the nick. As for getting directly to the nicks, the east nick is probably best from Coire na Poite while the west nick is easy from Coire na Feola. Carrying on to Beinn Bhan is feasible but does involve scrambling.Alan Moore23/04/2022
From Tornapress bridge, after A' Phoit, via Coire Poite, choice of steep grassy gullies climbing to cols E and W of peak, I choose E (L). From col, best line is L, steep straightforward grassy ascent, a little exposed, short narrow summit ridge. Carefully back down then up E TopRHW17/05/2021
Up the good track from the bridge on road to, almost, the loch and then to and straight up the nose of Sron Coire an Fhamhair (Ct). Very exposed in places and not easy. Better line is to left in the coire and up headwall on grass. then south along ridge to Beinn Bhan (C), a diversion to A Cioch (I think??) and on to Beinn Bhan S top (Ct) and drop easly down to road.dickscroop07/05/2021
Fine narrow summit ridge, slow careful descent to superb corrie, waited years for good weather for this trioalda06/09/2020
Tornapress - A' Chioch - Beinn Bhan - Sgorr a' Chaorachain - Tornapress. Solid grade 3 scrambling up the ridge.davidpettit8431/05/2016
Brilliant year end w Jenx. From road at 100m cut up to SW ridge and over tops, inc diversion to A'Chioch, to cold icy summit. Watery sun playing through clouds. Back same way with fierce hail/snowstormsnordicstar31/12/2012
