From Rachub, parking by the football ground. Walked through the village up the high street and right to a gate onto access land. Then took a steep quarry incline up to a level area, picking my way south through the dwarf gorse to the fine summit of Moel Faban. Then continued NE down into the deep cleft at the bwlch, up over Llefn and on to the summit of Gyrn. Then north for the pull up onto Moel Wnion. Returned to Rachub SW along the north flank of the ridge. Solo.Man of Kernow127/03/2021

A lengthy mountain walk, combining 5 Deweys with a high level traverse of the Carnedds visiting Foel-ganol, Yr Orsedd, Foel Lwyd, Carnedd y Ddelw, Drum, Foel-fras, Garnedd Uchaf, Foel Grach , Carnedd Llewelyn, and Gyrn and Moel Wnion on the way down. 2nd top of 9 on a 22.5km route from the Aber Falls upper car park with Adrian, climbing Moel Wnion then easy grassy track S, Ssw to the top, covered in a group of recumbent mountain men.
