After vis finally improved, made way back uphill in correct direction for about 150m until finally finding track to summit. Descent to Inverlochlarig was incredibly precipitous, but saw Green Spleenwort for the first time! Finally free from the Crianlarich Ms!iangpark13/07/2022

On way up to Cruach Ardrain I figured this would be the easier option rather than the route on fallon's website. Actually thought I was on Ardrain only to get to the top of Garbh and seen the massive hulk of what I still had to tackle.bowzi17/10/2009

Solo. I drove to Benmore Farm just short of Crianlarich. Walked up approach track to Ben More initially, but then crossed Benmoor Burn and climbed SSW to reach Stob Garbh, subsidiary top of Cruach Ardrain. Descended over Stob Coire Bhuidhe and by Portnellan Cottages. Misty high up. I drove back to Stonehaven.pwbellarby10/10/2004
