At the start of a week in Fort Bill. Very wet all day but in a brief gap in the rain, from the viewpoint through the gate & up the path to the top with Shaky & Smithy. Bus from Oban to Fort William. Lundavra Road to viewpoint, then (muddy) path to summit. 900th logged hill. Sunny at first – Ben Nevis under a cloud, but extensive views otherwise, including Sgùrr an Iubhair (Mamores) and Sgùrr Dhomhnuill (Ardgour). Drizzle started on top.
