Started from Loch Ossian. Followed Uisge Labhair for a while and headed up the slopes of Meall Glas Choire and then on to Beinn Eibhinn. Left my backpack at the bealach and then Aonach Beag and Geal Charn, returning the same way. Followed Allt Coire a Charra Bhig back to the bottom and then back along Uisge Labhair.tsharp19/05/2023
Big circuit of tops from camp beside Uisge Labhair. 28km, 1800m ascent. Good weather and hills busy. 2 nights camping. Walked in from Corrour. With B and R.jenx13/05/2023
Solo. This was an epic! A 5am start. Walked in from Loch Laggan from lay-by on the A86, past the ruin of Lubvan and did the two outlying Tops of Beinn Eibhinn first, Mullach Coire Nan Nead and Meall Glas Choire, over rough ground from where the track ends after the Lubvan ruin. Then up onto Beinn Eibhinn and then Aonach Beag. Snow on the summits. Continued on the ridge to the large summit plateau of Geal Charn, then out to the outlying Top of Sgur Iutharn, giving superb views down onto Loch an Sgor. Then retraced my steps back up onto Geal Charn. Then continued the ridge out toward the Top of Diollaid a Chairn, but initially the descent route looked banked out with snow. I had both crampons and ice axe with me but not needed as the path was the only part of this face without snow, so getting to Diollaid a Chairn was no issue. Now feeling tired, climbed up onto the fourth and final Munro of the day, Carn Dearg. Dropped off into An Lairig. Rough walkout to Lubvan ruin, then track to car.Jonathan Willingham26/04/2023

Solo round of the four northern Alder munros (Aonach Beag, Geal Chàrn, Beinn Èibhinn and Càrn Dearg) - morning cycle in from Dalwhinnie to Culra Bothy, anticlockwise round of the munros, and then cycle back out. Blue skies for the most part, but a little claggy on the summits. Just under 9hrs in total.mproudfoot17/05/2021
Left the car at Tyndrum Upper and went with bike on the train to Corrour. Cycled to lput up tenet at the E end of Loch Ossian -N side as track much better for bikes on that side. Cycled to just above Corrour lodge then wlked up the track which turns from a land rover track to a very faint footpath .A weary plod to the summit but a very rewarding view once there-4 hours from the tent . Retraced route on return- dry and some sun. 3 hours back . Beinn na Lap the next dayyounggl13/05/2021
