1) Cribarth (428m summit) and trigpoint located away from summit. 2) Twynwalter (502m summit). 3) Carreg Goch (558m summit). 4) Disgwylfa (543m summit). 5) Pen Bwlch y Ddeuwynt (473m summit) and nearby trigpoint 6) Tyle Garw (467m summit). After days of heavy rain some very boggy valleys between summit, a long walk just as hard as tackling higher peaks! /D

A round of Twynwalter, Disgwylfa and Carreg Goch. Started from the Craig-y-nos country park car park. Walked up the road to the entrance of the Dan-yr-Ogof show cave. Followed roads and tracks to near Twynwalter then across the moor to the top. Back to track and off track again again to Disgwlfa followed by Carreg Goch. Mixed moorland walking.
