1) Cribarth (428m summit) and trigpoint located away from summit. 2) Twynwalter (502m summit). 3) Carreg Goch (558m summit). 4) Disgwylfa (543m summit). 5) Pen Bwlch y Ddeuwynt (473m summit) and nearby trigpoint 6) Tyle Garw (467m summit). After days of heavy rain some very boggy valleys between summit, a long walk just as hard as tackling higher peaks! /D From Cribarth, followed the old tramway to Pwll-yr-Wydden Shakehole and Waterfall, then open access over to this summit, trying to roughly contour. Parking area at the Dan-yr-Ogof campsite at SN84212 16376 (Parking £3 a day) - Up clearly signposted RoW to 8274 1726 & then headed NNE for about 300yd to the small summit cairn (lost Dewey status in March 2019). Continued to Disgwylfa & Carreg Goch. (S)gerrybowes21/02/2018

A round of Twynwalter, Disgwylfa and Carreg Goch. Started from the Craig-y-nos country park car park. Walked up the road to the entrance of the Dan-yr-Ogof show cave. Followed roads and tracks to near Twynwalter then across the moor to the top. Back to track and off track again again to Disgwlfa followed by Carreg Goch. Mixed moorland walking. Similar ground to NGR 82701E 15865N, close to a wall corner. Followed wall down on path and track. Back to road at Nant gwared Farm and across to car parkMikeM08/07/2015
Parked across from showcaves and took excellent ROW straight to Twynwalter. Back to the vROW for about 400m then angled up to Carreg Goch and its rock platform. Straight back down on a glorious day.SS18/03/2015
After a visit to LLandovery College on a lovely sunny autumnal afternoon run, linking the logical 3 shapely tops of Twynwalter/Disgwylfa/Carreg Goch.
