From public CP in Murton. Good track to NY 7406 2282, whence took a direct line to top of the hill. On to the 2 Murton Fells -> Little Fell -> Tinside Rigg -> Long Fell -> Roman Fell for a 19k snowy round on a non-firing day.jonglew02/02/2019

An iconic beauty to this hill. We skirted round gaining height and overshooting onto Murton Fell. As the cloud came in we retreated to bag the Murton Pike summit on our return with its impressively WHITE trig. Left Weelhead Syke car park and follow path past Cow Green. Crossed bridge and picked up Pennine Way to High Cup Nick. Climbed up south side of valley to pick up footpath to Murton Pike. Retraced route back to car.TractorBoy26/08/2017
