Parked in Carlton up good track to col, then followed fainter path to top. There were more than three stones at top. Back to col and onto Height of Hazely.PeterD10/08/2023
From West Burton to Cote Bridge, up track and right fork to walls to summit. On over Brown HawFlatfield25/02/2023
From holiday cottage at West Burton. With Heights of Hazeley. With B and Rjenx16/01/2023
From Height of Hazely across the col and up on an ATV track, then through a couple of gates to the summit. Returned to the gates, and followed the wall NW on a vague track, picking up a more obvious track lower down to join the ascent route at a lower point on the bridleway. Pleasant winter walking. With P and R.LizH15/12/2022
From the end of the path between Height of Hazely and Harland Hill. I kept to a lower path then crossed the beck and went straight for the top of Height of Hazely to try to save a bit of time but the route up to the col, though a little longer is probably just as quick. Then across on the fence line to Harland Hill and back down. I had to pick my wife up so rushed and it took 1h 50m but included a little running on the way down.clivevilla11/04/2022
Verge parking to NW near start of ROW. ROW, then track to summit ridge, then along fence line. Visited summit and cairn.PGCE16/03/2022

Track from Carlton then SW along NW side of wall. Large levelish peat moorland summit.RichardM21/05/2021
7.2 mile circular from road east of Penhill following footpath across fields steeply up to Penhill Beacon then along edge to trig. Afterwards the boggy trail follows the wall along the edge and up to Height of Hazely summit. Then trail follows the wall down to col and up to Harland Hill. We retraced our steps to col and descended track to Howden Lodge then easy tracks/paths heading back towards road east of Penhill. Nice views towards Dales and North Yorkshire Moors. Sunny/breezy with showers but we seemed to miss them all. We saw 3 people on whole walk.DanTrig19/05/2021

Good track all way to close to summit. Summit followed by walk on broad ridge to Height of Hazely. Then back to West Burton.MikeM06/02/2015
Plenty of parking at 019855. Followed track until open hillside at a gate - currently red. Turned right and followed a good track to within 500m of summit. Then across heather - the line of the old wall is easier. The next proper wall has a gate 200m from the summit. Then easy to summit.destaylor29/09/2014
Parked just south of the bridleway at SE 01867 85328 in Waldendale - room for 1-2 cars. Took bridleway east, diverting onto track south-east when on access land. Then crossed rough moor to fence/wall which we followed south-west over gate to summit - marked by a few stones some 20m north of wall. Walk continued onto Height of Hazeley.
