A late afternoon tour of the Uldale Hills. Binsey followed by Latrigg from Binsey Lodge. Then off by car to the nearest points to collect Mickle Rigg, Aughertree Fell, and the TV mast at Sandale Hill. WOs 57 and 58;Bs 57, 58 and 59. Decided to abandon rest of western outlying Bs and press on with the WOs in the north east quadrant. Drove to campsite at Pooley Bridge, picking up on the way Green Howe and Faulds Brow quickly out and back from nearest points on road. Then used very boggy Nature Reserve path to bag Eycott Hill and Little Eycott Hill. Another beautiful day but rain forecast for next day so did Dunmallet quickly in the evening under lowering cloud.BURGESS01/08/2017
