From Embleton Church. 
14 km, 590 m asc. 
SW to Harrot Farm and E up the track with detour to the summit of Harrot, then onto Embleton High Common (Sy) and S up to Kirk Fell. Onto Graystones (W and B) and down the fence to Widow Hause. Contour NE to cross Wythop Moss and up to Burthwaite Heights and then W to Ling Fell. Down the SW flank to join Tom Rudd Beck and back by Highside Farm and Beckhouse.

7/8 Powter How from car park, then walked along to Ladies Table via woodland, picked route up to Lothwaite, Rivings and Sale Fell (Revisit) then across to Ling Fell (revisit) and dropped onto Burthwaite Heights.
