From Baysbrown. 14.5 km, 850 m asc. To New Dungeon Ghyll and up by Stickle Ghyll and the North Rake to Pavey Ark. To Thunacar Knott, Harrison Stickle, Pike of Stickle, Loft Crag and Thorn Crag. From the National trust car park at Stickle barn being a member was free, a Eight mile route reaching the summits of Pike Howe, Thorn crag, Martcrag moor, Black crags, Buck pike and Rossett pike returning via Rossett gill, taking Five and Three quarter hours.WAYNE ROWLETT13/10/2022
