Followed Carol Engel's route. Good tracks, nice wide firebreaks and very dry underfoot today. Last section steep up grassy bits between rocks. 8 miles.JulieB29/05/2023
From CP to NE (NN 433 831). Excellent smooth track to firebreak at NN 4252 7974 - would be easy bike. Second firebreak at NN 4233 7960carole engel05/05/2023

From the layby then via good estate tracks to the very evident fire break at 425 801. I followed this until the start of the tree felling and then struck up easy slopes to the rugged summit plateau avoiding any forestry area. Panoramic views from the summit.Peterb11/04/2021
Route as per Owen B. At NN425801 Corrour Estate appear to have put a pile of stones over roadside ditch to ease access into forest break.willyross22/02/2021

From A86 lay by. Normal route via Torgulbin, good forestry tracks to 425801 then up the fire break to the narrowest point of the forestry to emerge with a brief plod up the steep, snowy, heathery slope to the interesting summit area. Beautiful views with higher hills in all directions on a clear, windy, cold, showery day. Much better than expected. With TH, PJ, AM.Owen B20/02/2020

P by A86 near Luiblea. Used firebreak starting at NN 4252580076, then a couple of very short bits of tree bashing to reach open hillside. Excellent hill with super views. Visited the little top at NN 4199280028, which has a large mossy cairn - This top looks very prominent from CP. A better than expected hill walk.ger09/11/2019
And no, you are not allowed to drive up the track. Parked at the track junction and, a few minutes later, I had a nice conversation with Corrour's forestry manager. He was very kind and gave me permission after a bit of a lecture, and also showed me his forestry map so I could see where the firebreaks are. Basically, I followed the route up a stream parallel with the fence, at the junction between the felled area and old trees. Squeezed through the fence wires fairly easily, then easily through the trees and bits of open ground to the summit ridge. Over a couple of bumps to the top. Back the same way on a bearing through the trees. Good views but rough underfoot.Gill06/11/2019
Parked at Luiblea -433830. Good route to 423795 and then head up the ride just before or just after the quarry. Steep climb to summit but great views. Solo.bolton03/11/2019

Parked at layby on A87 beside track to Corrour-NN433/831. Good track to NN4236/7958 then narrow but easy forest ride gives short/steep access to top.dave g01/06/2019

Pleasant summit on a warm sunny calm day. Between the forestry track and the summit area was less pleasant. Up a ride from the east.Jon F31/03/2019

Parked in layby and walked along very good forest roads, passing gate at deer fence then bearing right at junction and proceeding until new deer fence appears on left. When this fence bends away from track, take the large firebreak opposite which leads to open hillside, ridge and summit.Coinneach13/11/2018
From road near Luiblea. Left tracks around NN424800 after passing through gate in deer fence. Followed fence initially before making for pt.421 (Creagan an Fhradhraic) along fire breaks. Minor tree bashing to gain open ground and traverse to summit.raffemeister12/09/2018
From parking area on A86 at SW end of Loch Laggan. Bike up forest track then on foot up forest break thence to summit. Recorded route and write-up at: http://gayleybird.blogspot.com/2018/05/binnein-shios-binnein-shuas-and-meall.htmlGayle15/05/2018

From layby on A86 near Luibea. Forest track to the east ridge, lots of felling and small hydro scheme activity. Left track after crossing high fence near GR 425804, thin trees into open clearing up the east ridge, then open hillside to summit. Return via north slopes using a large fire break, very boggy in places back to track. With Kenny RobbN.Morters07/08/2017

Drove into forest, parked below where hydro works going on. Walked in to where the ride heads up hill and enjoyed the complex summit area.nordicstar14/03/2016
Beautiful spring day, warm and sunny. Lovely views all round. A bit of a mess on the forest tracks due to felling and hydro scheme.jenx14/03/2016
