A short day with Dave and Tony bagging Birketts. We left Dave's car at High Tilberthwaite carpark then drove in my car to meet Tony in Conniston. Walked along the lane to Coppermines Cottages then up to Kitty Crag, Long Crag, High Wythow, Low Wythow and Brackeny Crag before descended to High Tilberthwaite carpark. From Coniston, w Jenx went up to YH and cotts at Far end. Took pleasant ascending path through bracken to col and then Brackeny Crag. Sun appears,improving weather.
