From Newton Bridge, up the north flank of The Scurran, then over to Meall Tarsuinn and Meall Dubh before a descent to the river near Craignavar, where to avoid a wade a pleasant sheep track leads back to the bridge. Straightforward in dry extended conditions and benign weather.summitter02/06/2020
From Meall Tarsuinn, picking up an ATV track on the way across. Some firm snow to cross around the area of the river, then pleasant walk to the summit. Beautiful day, lovely views. Descended towards the beallach, then to the east of the river, down to the deciduous wood, and the track back to the gate at the bridge. Lovely walk starting with The Scurran. Lots of white hares and voles.LizH22/03/2020
