A Cycle around Calliacher, with this summit chcuked in for a Calliacher is reached by a very pleasant fairly open wide track, opening up to lovely views to Lawers, Schiehallion, Beinn a Ghlo and many others. Loch Hoil is very nice too, as windfarms go this ia a nice one. | hils | 01/07/2022 |
From CP by A826. Track to NW of top then across boggy and heathery ground. Both tops done. | chrisbien | 30/12/2021 |
Along the heathery ridge from Meal Dearg Far West Top. Descended below the little rocky bluff, to the track just before the Loch Hoil outlet burn. Returned on the windfarm track to the car at the A826. | LizH | 23/04/2021 |

Creag Choille; past new wind turbines to Meall Odhar; on to Meall Dearg Far W top; Meall Dearg; Creag an Loch and down to track. A nice round in the end. | dickscroop | 03/06/2019 |

Both summit contenders, close together. From S, W end of L Freuchie, big track then paths avoiding most of heather. Then S to Choillie. This pair missed previously as out of daylight. | RHW | 21/06/2015 |
Solo. Very late start due to heavy rain. From Griffin Forest Car Park S of Loch an Craige. Went SSW along track which had been used to transport wind turbines to Cochill Wind Farm. On coming out of forest took track S before going up hillside to summit of Meall Odhar. Here is a small cairn with an upright stone with surrounding flat stones suggestive of an ancient cairn. There is another bump nearby which could be slightly higher and which I also went to. I went S to the summit cairn of Creag Choille. Continued to Creag an Loch and Meall Dearg. | pwbellarby | 14/06/2014 |
