From the main top. Lots of slippery quartzite blocks to negotiate. Nice descent from just a bit further NW along the ridge down a grassy ramp SW and on to Cnaimhseag. | sclater | 09/07/2023 |
clockwise circuit over HuMP to north of the caves, then this rose quarzite crested SIMM to the north of Breabeg, then finally the Corbett Breabeg far too late in the day, half an hour after sunset, so I knew I'd have couple of hours in the dark | vegibagger | 16/09/2022 |
From car park on A837 for Bone Caves, taking track up to the caves, continuing on track S to pothole at NC268170, SE to cross dry valley, then ENE to near Fuarain Ghlasa, and up to summit of Breabag nostly via broad grassy ramps, continued N down more grass ramps to Bealach an t-Sionnaich and up mostly rock-and-slab slopes to Breabag N Top, descended initially S, then SW to reach headwaters of Allt nan Uamh, followed it to the waterfall at NC275171, then picked up small path on N side of stream and followed it down to the Bone Caves track | kdbennett | 02/09/2021 |
Conival, Ben More Assynt & Breabag from Inchnadamph to Allt nan Uamh , bike back to Inchnadamph. 25km hike, 5km bike | Huwel | 16/08/2021 |
Parked in Bone Caves car park for a long round of 10 summits: Beinn nan Cnaimhseag, Breabag North Top, Carn nan Conbhairean, Meall an Aonaich [Eagle Rock], Sail an Ruathair X3, Black Rock, Meall a' Bhraghaid and Beinn an Fhuarain. | PGCE | 13/05/2021 |
From Bone Caves CP. Followed Allt nan Uamh up to watershed, then went up to S top then across to N top. Clear dry conditions. | Morning | 26/08/2019 |
From Inchnadamph via Gleann Dubh (avoiding full car park at Bone Caves because of a ranger guided walk). Ascended via an obvious NW shoulder to pt.649 rather than climbing all the way to the col with Conival. | rjf35 | 08/08/2019 |
Starting from tent well up R. Oykel. Crossed river (no bridge despite what map shows)to Meall a Bhragaid (Gt), on to main top Breabag (C), on n to Breabag N top (Gt), all this by dead reckoning in cloud. Then across the Oykel valley after a tricky descent and up the other side in improving weather to Meall an Aonaich (Gt) and back down to tent | dickscroop | 30/07/2019 |
For descent followed ridge north then dropped down to lochan on the west. From there nne to stream passed caves to inchdamph | Oh no I forgot... | 16/07/2018 |

A slag heap all along these Breabag tops, so very slow going. Two cairned tops, the southern one the higher | Colin Crawford | 14/06/2016 |

Beinn nan Cnaimhseag, Breabag North Top & Beinn an Fhuarain from the 'bone cave' car park. | jimbloomer | 12/04/2015 |
With Kiera from Glen Dubh, descent bone caves | Loz_mck | 23/04/2014 |
Inchadamph - Conival - Ben More Assynt - S Top - Corbett Top - Breabag - valley of Allt nan Uamh to car park where met family waiting. Breabag is not up to much to be quite frank! Still good, but not same quality as other hills in this area. Conival and Ben More Assynt are epic. The ridge to Munro Top is quite narrow and exposed. With GW & RW to Ben More & then alone from there. | AGWilliamson | 20/09/2012 |

Solo. A837 CP (253179) via Allt nan Uamh & worth while scramble (281163) to ridge & Breabag summit then north to Breabag North top. Return north to spot 649m & return below ridge. Fine clear day. | Vin | 27/05/2007 |

Creag Liath Breabag (NC 293179) S/F NC252179 Day walk prior to wild camp. Weather awful, strong winds, driving rain and low cloud, 2000'. Careful navigation required to find summit in fog. | John Young | 01/08/2005 |
