From the Golden Eagle CP. Over road bridge and up heather and flush to Braigh an Fhais. Much easier as we progressed along the southern flank of Uisgneabhal Mor, becoming increasingly slabby. A fine summit and an equally fine there-and-back clamber to Teileasbhal. We next headed over to the boulder-strewn Sron Scourst, taking in Uisgneabhal Beag en route. The easiest way down to the track along Gleann Mhiabhaig was to zig-zag between the short cliffy-sections to the N of Gill-luachar. A great walk on a sky-blue day that took 5 hrs in total.summitter12/09/2023

From Uisgneabhal Mor. Steep descent with some bouldery sections. Then followed the faint path steeply up through the boulders and outcrops without significant scrambling.Owen B24/05/2023
Slow progress due to fierce wind. Descended the NW ridge to Gleann Mhiabhaig. Solo.Dangerous Dave03/09/2022

I can't add anything to arranc's excellent and accurate description of the walk from Uisgnaval Mor. Gingerly for me, too, on the 'steep rocky prow' where it was particularly breezy. Very fine mountain terrain. Pleasant, easy descent over Craig Stulaval to Sron Aird, the deer tracks on slanting shelves made the descent easier than I expected. Good path and track back to Miabhaig. The good path comes over from Bowglas and gives an easy exit if the Ma, Stulaval, is included in the round. Passed the Eagle observatory but my eagle sightings this week were over by Glen Chliostairpwheeler15/05/2019
From start of track to eagle observatory. Uisgneabhal Mor first then out to here. Backtracked to U Mor, contouring round the N side, to gain U Beag.jonglew27/05/2018

from Uisgnaval. Tricky and slow 550' descent on rocks and loose scree stuff to bealach and up the other side. Gingerly round to east on a steep rocky prow to a narrow path and another large cairn on the final crag. 13.00. Mrs B did this walk on June 19th (1994). to Stulaval.arranc18/06/2010

Alone, from Bunavoneadar. Did Uisgnaval Mor then this one then down and back up to Clisham via Mulla-fo-thuath and Mulla-fo-dheas. Hazy sunshine through mist. Warm but windy on top. 8 hour walk, seemed hard going at the time! Camped at Horgabost.niallp25/07/1990
