Rode in along Affric-Kintail Way until north of hill then hacked steeply up through forest. Fine views on a perfect autumn afternoon.AndyS17/10/2023
Parking at FC's Dog Falls CP (free in Winter) NH283282. Forest roads to NH263258. Start of FP obliterated by forestry ops, but is well defined as an ATV tk just S of Loch Gabhlach - can be followed, easily, until about NH256254, where ends in tussocks. Around outflow of Loch Carn na Glas-leitire, then mild veg to summits. Direct descent to NH242246 feels good because gavity assist and the nap of the veg are both in one's favour, but flooded tussock minefields were encountered and, as a final flourish, the anticipated fight down through the lower level verdant Affric veg was encountered - would not want to fight upwards against such a formidable foe.Isbjorn13/03/2022
1 of 2: Parked at Dog Falls CP. Heeded Jenx advice and followed Affric Kintail Trail to 242246. Then up through trees then rough ground to the top. With Karen.ChrisR02/11/2021
From Dog Falls CP. Track approaching hill from NE peters out and rough for last Km. straight down through trees to loch side track on return proved much better route. With B and Rjenx24/10/2020
From Loch Affric car park, with Ellie dog.BLACKHILL15/09/2019
Lovely walk in from Dog Falls car park.bjewing17/11/2018
From Beinn nan Sparra South Top. This involved a steep descent through trees and then a steeper ascent, just to the left of the impressive cliff, through heather and broom. Down north to a path marked on my map and followed it west and northwest to a forest road. However, this path did not actually exist to the west of NH 25852 25359Alan Moore20/04/2018
From NE, Dog Falls car park FoC in winter. Walked forest road until NNW of summit then steeply up thru open pine and birkwood. Rounded outcrop at summit with pointed outcrop a little lower I thought. On a day when gales battering high hills, this was a good target. Down SW to miss crag then to S top.RHW23/12/2017
Also from Dog Falls but followed path off forest trail from ca265258 to rough open summit area. Initial fallen trees fairly easily bypassed and a reasonable track thereafter.Tony S28/10/2017
From Dog Falls car park, going uphill through the trees directly north of the hill. Space between the trees but it's filled with vegetation. On the summit there's a pointed rock which really ought to be the top but it's probably the outcrop at the south western endColin Crawford15/08/2016
