From Clunevackie (NH489379, limited parking). Neither the 50K nor the 25K maps bear any resemblence to features on the ground, the initial track SW is only an overgrown path-cum-stream. Joins new forest roads which took me to about NH475376, where a spur going W drew me in for 500m, but then dumped me in Armageddon for 300m until I climbed a 2m deer fence and escaped onto the relative bliss of frictionless steep snow covered heather. Back same way - better the devil you know. Not recommended.Isbjorn25/02/2022

1 of 3: Parked at 461396. Then as WillyRoss and LizH. Looking back down it would have been better to cross the stream further south. HP a pole draped with a rope. With Karen.ChrisR25/11/2020
Parked in layby near road end for Knockvuy, walked to Knockvuy, then struck up hillside on animal tracks before crossing moor to summit.willyross13/08/2019
Parked on the minor road near Druimkinneras and walked the track up to Knockvuy. Had intended to take the path beyond towards Loch Bruicheach, but the route of the path wasn't clear, so crossed the river at a deer track through gorse, and continued on deer tracks more directly towards the summit. Explored various possible high points.LizH24/05/2019
From ne, NH490385, old forest roads then forest edge and heather moorland. SE spur has interesting conglomerate exposure which I scrambled up as close as I dared to crest. Two summits of which northernmost seems higher, but didn't have hand level with me.RHW05/05/2017
