Parked on the verge below the hill, opposite a gate (NR7142 8325), through the gate and up the edge of the wood, then around to the summit. Thought nearby grassy area may be as high as the outcrop. Continued on to An Aird.LizH31/03/2023
A long way to divert for such a short climb.Kiltie22/03/2022
Straight up from the road, bracken would be a pain here in the summer but OK in Nov. Carried onto An A'ird then North Ardbeg, worth seeing, returned via Barrahormid.DavieRuts01/11/2021
6th tump of 14 today and 3rd of a loop from Barrahormid, after Dun Mor and An Aird, dropped down to cross marshy ground near bay then steeply up to summit. Descent back to Barrahormid and onwards to the Taynish National nature reserve for the tumps there..Dazingdale26/05/2021

From our common fishing spot at Keills after the trig on Barr an Lochain. Surprisingly simple ascent after getting onto the ridge. Obvious summit. An Aird and Dun Mor after.iangpark13/07/2020
Parked opposite a double-width field gate (NR 7130 8300). Took a near enough direct route up, keeping a little S to avoid the steepest slopes.jonglew02/11/2018
Easily up by trees from the road.jenx12/04/2018
W Jenx and Bryher, up from parking in large passing place on road to east, up alongside woodland using good sheep tracks. Out to Big Rock trig afterwards, great location w views to Jura. Jen and pup continued to Keils where I collected them and went onto Danna isle. Overnight in van at Tayvallich, Carsaig bay and hills superbnordicstar12/04/2018
Don't know what the barmaid was thorr about, however my starter motor wouldn't work.Martin R21/06/2016
Nipped down from Balachulish to escape the rain: Sheep track runs up side of wood from gate at ~713832, but sheep do not have to avoid low branches. Great little hill with views of Jura. Descended by track just inside wood. Back to Glen Coe in time for completions wekendGordonAdshead31/08/2012
