Parked overnight in the CP on the A859 near Loidse Ath Linne, where the fish kiosk is. Up the track above Abhainn a Mhuil the next morning, quite soon veering off to get over said burn and clamber up the heathery SE flank of Mullach Bhiogadail. Once near the top we contoured around to Mullach a' Ruisg, doubled back to Mullach Bhiogadail and on to Liuthaid, all three surmounted with fine cairns. A steep descent E back to the glen track than a more gentle climb up to Cearnabhal. The sun was out and the sky remained blue so we pressed on northwards to grab Cleit Faoph returning back to the track at its northern end once done. A final up and down of Beinn a' Mhuil to complete a fine round, taking about 6hrs total.summitter07/09/2023
