Parked below the lower reservoir dam for a circuit of 5 Tumps. 5/5 Visited both highpoints.PGCE01/03/2024
Parked at start of track to Lower Glendevon reservoir off A823. Went straight into climb by heading due west towards Common Hill. From there I headed N then NW to pt444, before bearing easterly to reach West Craigs. Retraced steps to around pt444 then continued to Wether Hill before returning via Common HillTonester08/02/2024
Stravaigers June walk with Colin, Sheila, Leslie and Lijun, very hot and tussocky.langskill04/06/2023
Parked in Glendevon at the start of the Frandy Farm road. after a short distance along the road struck off right up a grassy track which went all the way to the top of Wether Hill taking in Common Hill, thus avoiding all the tussocks.hillsman08/03/2023
Walked over from Craigentaggert Hill, with surprisingly steep col just before the final ascent to Wether Hill. Descended the NW shoulder, to cross the burn at about NN9118 0648, where some roe deer were surprised to see us! Continued across to the track at the long strip of woodland (NN9009 0712), with rough walking and little tracks on the way, flushing more roe deer from the heather. Down the woodland track and left to the original track back down to the car. Rough walking on the return.LizH29/09/2020
Made the mistake of including Craigentaggert Hill. Tough tussocky stuff all the way. Got easier on Wether Hill. Dropped as others to the farm.SS06/09/2020
Easy parking at start of track at NN 8960 0858 & up Core Hill. From Core Hill, back to col & rejoined the Glen of Kinpauch track - Up zigzags & then E. along fence line to fence junction NNW of Wether Hill; a bit of rough ground, but going generally OK - Over fence & then a short stroll to the unmarked summit, most of it along ATV track. As others, an easy descent to Bardrill Farm & back to car. (S)gerrybowes29/07/2020
Circular walk from A9 lay-by opposite Tullibardine Distillery. A pleasant track, signposted to Tillicoultry, leads from the cut-off road beside the A9 almost to the summit of Craiggentaggert. Then a rollercoaster of tussock grass to Wether Hill and an easy descent via Bardrill. A stoat in winter ermine shot across the path in front of me near the kite-shaped wood close to the start of the walk.Nick Down123/12/2017
Ochil rambling from A823. Round of Wether, Craigentaggart, Core, BuckNE and Bald. Plenty of quad and animal tracks.Topographer5729/10/2017
From Blackford via Core and Craigentaggart. Descended to farm at Bardrill.NormanW01/07/2017
The first of four around the reservoir, by far the hardest circuit in the Ochils. Left the bike at the dam, terrain steep but dry. Summit just beyond the dyke.Play2End28/10/2016
After Core Hill, from col to W. Little bits of 4WD track on N side of fence. Good views to NThearlaichdubh25/03/2016

Set off from Glendevon up Common Hill, along ridge to Wether Hill and Craigentaggert. Descent via Glen of Kinpauch to Blackford. No real path before G of K although there are some ATV tracks that make for easier walking than the rough moorland.TRG31812/08/2012
Along RoW from Blackford to col & up via Core Hill and Craigentaggert Hillagentmancuso07/01/2012
