Effing forestation ... and jeffing felled forestation ... not easy from the track without emitting a curse or two!summitter20/08/2018
From the forest/windfarm entrance at the Carron Reservoir. Grotty climb through felled forest then tussocky terrain to trig.NormanW13/07/2017
Ran up to the trig and back down in 40 minutes. Went up the old firebreak but the area is now completely felled.Stevend101/01/2017
Ditto mae. Felled forest is not particularly pleasant, especially in late summer, but at the time of writing I don't think there was any practical alternative. Unable to separate the two summits so bagged them both before descending the SW face and getting entangled in considerably more felled forestry.Topographer5704/09/2016
From S. Forest road, clear fell, then open ground.mae11/02/2015
from minor road track through woods then rough going near the top deep snow.robertphillips01/02/2015
from where picnic spot was. Just followed forestry tracks and then struck up a ride. In a few years all will be felled. Going NW from summit wasn't any quicker. Pleasant year beginner. Then DundaffThearlaichdubh01/01/2014
Car park / picnic site no longer there. Parking at road juntion. Stay on the forest roads for easier walking. Easy from road end to S of summit (below radio mast). Twin tops.Minto31/07/2012
Parked at start of track (gate closed) 682861. Track SE - N - E - S and then SE. Near the end at a widening then is a ruined wall going uphill. Trees harvested. Up then E to top over the other 410m contour.chrisbien13/11/2010
