From Bwlch Glynmynydd - parking for 3-4 cars by the roadside. Took the bridleway up to its highest point, then followed the fence west on its northern side to the summit. Onwards to Bryn y Fedwen 405m. Solo.Man of Kernow119/01/2020
Nice hill. From Gydrhos, we walked up to Ty-newydd and up the bridleway onto access land. Being mid-Wales, it wasn't quite straightforward as we had to cross a new barbed wire fence at SN846983. Good views of the surrounding area and a well-defined top, so shelter from the wind. With brother, Pete.pwheeler18/09/2018
Quite a stretch to make it up here and back from Mach with just 4.5 hours between buses, but I was well rewarded for my efforts today with absolutely stunning all round views. Amazing hill.Alex C09/05/2017

Nice easy walk with the kids. Fell off the fence at the top.RobinPrince31/07/2016
As Arranc although I did not see any brides on the bridal path he describes. Maybe he meant bridle path although I didn't see any horses either. Still, a lovely walk of just over a mile each way.clivevilla23/07/2015
Easy walk from road bend to north east where there is room for a couple of cars. Excellent teach along ridge and then good ground to summit.Campbell Singer05/07/2015

Pleasant green bridal path up on dew-covered path to a fence on the ridge. Through a gate to join a metalled track on the south side heading straight for the hill on the horizon. Over heather and swampy grass to follow a wire fence to the knoll at the top. Highest point was to east of BWF. 10.00.arranc01/09/2012
Easy parking on bend to NE. Track until fence then a very good track after the gate.destaylor29/09/2011
