From layby parking on road to the south. Wandered round to make sure of high point then onto trig.Alan Caine28/08/2023
From the lay-by. The top, the view point and then the trig.Newton Maximus12/06/2023
As others, parked in layby on N. side of B759 at NS 6154 5832 - NW along well-worn paths through attractive woodland & bluebells to high point; this appears to close to a broom bush by path junction.gerrybowes23/05/2023
Parked in layby as the others. Walked around the bushes until I was satisfied I'd summited.JAdair9704/06/2022
From Ardencraig Road, visited 138m trig and direct line to wind farm. Pleasant woodland walk over high point to 192m trig and vandalised viewpoint.lordtonult25/04/2021
Quick stroll from the lay-by. The path along the ridge has been badly eroded by mountain bikers, one of whom fell off her bike shortly after passing me but seemed none the worse for it.sclater14/03/2021

Trail run from Linn Park. Short diversion to find true high point.quadbarrel20/02/2021
From lay-by near clubhouse. No views from top but must be superb vista from trig point.Unfortunately low cloud and mist today. With Bridget.catman17/08/2020

Nice long layby between golf clubhouse and wind farm. Walked back to clubhouse through eoods to clubhouse failing to find likely candidate for high point on the right. Nothing seen so continued to trig point with fantastic views over Glasgow, Ben Lomond beyond and peaks of Southern Highlands. Returned along edge with Glasgow to the right before picking up 2nd track from the road and heading to 200m contour ring. Still an indeterminate summit but I went for point near base of mature tree with adjacent strong sapling next to path. Definitely trig is the most worthwhile to visit with it's city views.mntainman08/08/2020

Another visit to round off an almost 5 mile circuit round the park in occasional snow showers.agentmancuso29/02/2020
Parked in the main car park before spending sometime deciding on highest point in trees. Then visited trig point for views.garyhoney31/10/2019
On own. Short Sunday morning walk through pleasant deciduous woods from lay-by on B579 close to golf course entrance. Sadly no views from actual highest point as trees obscure. Plenty of mountain bikers enjoying themselves.Beeliner08/09/2019
Short walk from wind turbine entrance.rhalstead24/06/2019
From layby NW side B759 (NS 6154 5832). Good tracks through woodland.jonglew04/05/2019
Parked in layby and a quick walk in to the woods. A little bit odd. I may be mistaken but there were several men milling about in the layby and the woods. I don't want to jump to any conclusions but....clivevilla28/03/2019
First hill of the year and first after serious mental health episode. Walk in from Burnside station - visited trig point first for view then attempted to find official top. Exact top effectively unfindable - hidden within grass/gorse/branches - but a decent attempt was made.iangpark03/01/2019
County top reached from the car park on B759 Cathkin rd Carmunnock. From the car park head right on a path and that will lead you to the trees the grid reference will be found in. Plus when I visited there was a snack wagon in the car park!WAYNE ROWLETT03/08/2018
Surprisingly rural for a large city.Campbell Singer15/06/2018
Walked up from Busby station. Fantastic views from the nearby trig and Queen Mary's seat. Park full of dog walkers not all of whom clean up after their animals!Buck25/05/2018
From the main car park to the summit, then on to the trig point and back round again. My favourite viewpoint of Glasgow.Chris Mac16/05/2018
From Burnside station and back. Good views over Glasgow. Not time to carry on to actual summit.Andrew Pearson16/04/2018
Pleasant walk from Busby station. Top is somewhere in the woods, but excellent views from the nearby trig.Richard24/06/2017

Parked in the large layby on the north side of the B759 just west of the golf club. Found what I believe is the 'top' against the pathway. With GM.bolton08/09/2015

Close to the road en route to a trig point. Trig has great views over Glasgow, acgtual highest point less so.andy21/02/2009
Just a few metres from car park. No views from a flat top surrounded by trees. NOT the viewpoint a few hundred metres along the road!Jimbob07/10/2008
Not a particularly clear high point: did some blundering around in the undergrowth before becoming satisfied that I had bagged it.campagvelocet10/01/2007
