A glorious walk with L - from Austwick up past the famous Norber boulders and through the 'as afar as the eye can see' limestone pavements on a smooth grassy path to join the 3 Peaks route which we branched off to climb over the boggy shoulder of Simon Fell to reach this outlier peak. Parapent floating backwards and forwards above us on the cold stiff breeze from the NE. I had previously contoured below this peak to the east to save a climb after Park Fell. Then to Ingleborough and down past Gaping Gill.Chris Pearson24/10/2016
