The ascent of Corbett Creag Uchdag from Ardeonaig. Also visiting Tom a' Mhoraire, Meall Dubh Mor, Meall nan Oighreag and Tullich Hill. 20km with 1200m ascent in 6 hours. (S) | silveracorn_alan | 02/06/2021 |
Along the footpath parallel to the Finglen Burn from Andeonaig. Sheep density thinned out as we climbed higher, before we headed off-path up to the low top of Tom a' Mhoraire then Creag Uchdag, which is a fine summit. Took the high-route back over the hags and tussocky grass to Meall nan Oighreag then along the fence line to Tullich Hill. An easy westerly descent back to the south Tay road reunited us with the sheep and provided a superb vista along this gorgeous glen to complete a four hour round. | summitter | 06/06/2020 |
