| Solo. Overnighted in campervan at good parking spot N of bridge NN197513. Hydro construction work underway at Alltchaoruinn, followed walker diversion signs through woods on very boggy path. On leaving the trees headed W up very steep vegetated slopes to spot height 494 An Grianan. Followed ridge up onto Beinn Ceitlein N top, Beinn Ceitlein and Beinn Ceitlein S top in very poor visibility before retracing steps and onto Stob Dubh summit. | Parked in lay-by at Alltchaorunn. Over new bridge and followed “pipeline path” to dam and new bridge at NN198501. This gave an easier angle to climb An Grianan and onwards to the main ridge. Returned the same way. | BaggerGutt | 28/06/2023 |
| Good car parking opposite bridge. Not obvious how to access the bridge just beyond the cottage. The only way to avoid climbing fences is to pass right next to the cottage. Lovely steep grassy climb to the col, then up to the summit. | Minto | 24/02/2023 |

| Parked in layby by bridge to NE. Crossed this then followed marker posts across boggy ground to second bridge near cottage. Crossed this then followed quad track through trees to fence, then headed up steep grass to S ridge of mountain, and followed that to summit. Other aspects blocked by crags.
