On the return from Sgor an h-Iolaire, worthwhile detour to a pleasant little summit. Good views.LizH12/11/2022
Parked by bridge near to chapel remains. Followed tracks through trees and on through heather to bealach between Creag nam Ban and Sgor an h-iolaire. Up left to summit cairn before continuing to Sgor an h-iolaire.sarahk07/01/2022
creag nam ban and sqor an h lolaire from the west parking near abergeldie cottage, up through the trees and along the ridge line.robertphillips12/11/2021
A nice little add on after an out and back to the Marilyn. Not much in the way of paths through the heather. Ankle twisting dead trees lurking in the heather slowed my descent west to pick up the outward path.Chris Pearson26/08/2020
With Jenx and Bryher on a chill day. Parked down on minor road easily. Cattle and deer tracks used to gain summit slopes via gate that needed climbing. Great viewpoints the Deenordicstar21/01/2019
Easy walk up using track through the woods and climbed gate in deer fence. A nice top.jenx21/01/2019
Ascended to the south of the summit through thick heather, having descended Creag Ghiubhais. The summit has at least three cairns and overlooks Balmoral. The mapped path to the north west does not seem to be used. Walked round the north of the hill to return to starting place. There are far fewer boulders on the hill than the map suggests.JohnW24/10/2018
Parking by bridge near chapel remains. Up track, then rough heather. Cairn at summit.cjo15/09/2018
