Two day bothy trip from Linn of Dee: Beinn Bhrotain - Monadh Mor - Angel's Peak - Cairn Toul - Devil's Point - Corrour bothy - Carn a' Mhaim - Derry Cairngormdavidpettit8421/08/2012
I cycle from Linn of Dee to beyond White Bridge. I struck uphill beyond the pine plantation on the west side of the Dee. Over a couple of minor tops to Carn Cloich-mhuilinn then onwards to Beinn Bhrotain and Monadh Mor. Finally I went out to the oddly obscure Munro Top Tom Dubh. I retrace my steps over Monadh Mor and Beinn Bhrotain but took a more direct line back to the track in Glen Dee.langskill27/08/2010
Dry, clear, cold wind, good views.iangalbraith07/06/2004
With: solo; I cycled in from Linn of Dee leaving bike at NN997897. Headed up to ridge onto Carn Clioch-mhuilinn. Rough tack most of way with smal cairns. Avalanche debris on E face. Headed of to Beinn Bhrotain.Ian Baines28/04/2000
Approximate date. With MC from Linn Of Dee over Beinn Bhrotain & top, Carn Cloich-mhuilinn, Carn Fiaclach & Carn Fiaclach Beag.NotReallyABagger03/05/1994
Final Munro celebration for Cyril Henderson. Left Linn of Dee car park and walked along track to White Bridge, crossing over to the south side of the Dee there. We left the track and ascended over Carn Fiaclach Beag and Carn Fiaclach to Carn Cloich-mhuilinn. Rather misty. Celebrations with champagne and a cake. The main party descended over Cairn Geldie. Some of us went on to Beinn Bhrotain, descending by going east and following the Allt Garbh down to the track running alongside the Dee.pwbellarby19/09/1992
From Linn of Dee on bike and left it a mile beyond White Bridge. After a mile of heather and boulders up to 700m and a series of red gravel terraces. Final climb to top. to C C M.arranc05/06/1985
With Jonathan Bellarby. From Linn of Dee to White Bridge , Carn Fiaclach Beag, Carn Fiaclach, Carn Cloich-mhuilinn, Beinn Bhrotain and Monadh Mór. Descent to the north near Loch nan Stuirteag into Glen Geusachan, hence to Glen Dee, White Bridge and Linn of Dee. Frequent light snow showers to start with, and some mist. From 11:30 it was clear and sunny with magnificent views, especially snow covered Cairn Toul, Braerich and Ben Macdui. There was continuous snow cover above 800m, but not thick. Final part of walk in moonlight. Some step cutting necessary on descent of Monadh Mór. Some streams difficult to cross due to ice.pwbellarby06/12/1981
